This summer, the Dora Maar Cultural Center hosts the first exhibition in France of the acclaimed New-York based painter Joanna Pousette-Dart at the historic Hôtel de Tingry. Invited to create a new body of work specifically for the 18th-century mansion, her presentation offers a profound visual meditation on the dialogue between architecture, color, and the light of the Luberon.
Joanna Pousette-Dart: Shaping Light is curated by Frauke V. Josenhans, Deputy Director and Chief Curator, Dora Maar Cultural Center. The exhibition is organized by the Dora Maar Cultural Center with additional support provided by Lisson Gallery.
